If a Match is Cancelled or Postponed

• If a match is cancelled before it starts, all stakes will be refunded in full.
• If a match is cancelled mid-game before the specified overs or time period are completed, all bets on that match will be voided and stakes returned.
• If one leg of an accumulator bet is voided, the bet is recalculated using the odds of the remaining legs.

C999's sports team closely monitors the outcome of every match. In the event of any settlement dispute, data from the official sports data provider will be treated as final.

• To voluntarily close your account, contact support. Please withdraw any remaining balance before the account is closed.
